Parking Information

Raleigh –
The musuem does not have it’s own parking lot but has plenty of parking lot/street parking options nearby.
Wilmington Street Parking Deck
This parking deck is conveniently located directly across Blount Street from the museum. There are entrances when heading north on Wilmington Street between Morgan Street and Hargett Street, and when heading south on Blount Street between Morgan Street and Hargett Street.
Blount Street Parking Lot
This parking lot is conveniently located near the north entrance to the museum campus with direct access to museum sidewalks with no street crossings. There are entrances when heading East on Morgan Street between Blount Street and Person Street, and when heading north on Person Street between Hargett Street and Morgan Street/New Bern Street. This lot has 50 spaces dedicated to visitors during the museum hours. Pay station in the lot is $2 per hour.

There is also free parking on Blount, Person and Hargett streets surrounding the museum on weekends.

Burlingame –
Current self-parking rates at the hotel are $36.00 per day for overnight guests, $10.00 for the first hour and $20.00 for two to six hours and $36.00 after six hours for drive-in guests and $40.00 for valet. Rates are subject to change.

Minnesota –
For those driving to the Minneapolis event, attendees will have 8 hours of free self-parking in the adjacent lot from the hotel. Parking vouchers will be provided at registration. Each additional 2 hours will be $4.00. If you are staying overnight at the hotel, valet parking is available for $45 per day and self-parking is $29 per day (both include in and out privileges; overnight is measured in 24 hour increments).

New Orleans –
Please park in the West Road parking garage which is located next to the Danna Student Center.
Loyola University utilizes a mobile app called Park Mobile (available on App Store and Google Play). You can input your payment and vehicle information into the app and can pay by the hour. The app will alert you when your time is running low so you can add more time. Eight of parking ends up costing $10.79.
